Ethics for Auditors Workshop
(Modules 5 and 6)

Updates and Ethical Decision Making

Presenter: Brian Robb

The latest offering of the Ethics for Auditors workshop modular series continues to build on the first two modules. The new module 5 and 6 covers:

  • Any recent ethics' changes impacting on auditors/assurance staff
  • Existing ethical decision-making models/frameworks
  • How to use an ethical decision-making model
  • Current and common ethical challenges

The workshop will provide you with information on how these ethic related topics impact on us as auditors as well as providing an opportunity to work in groups to consider and discuss how these topics may impact on our day-to-day work.

The session will start with a theory section, followed by an application module where participants will be broken into groups to work through case studies.

Registrations are limited due to the interactive format of this workshop. A second workshop may be held dependent on registration numbers.

This ethics workshop is planned to be run later in the year online depending on demand. Please register your interest providing your preferred time of year to IIA NZ at admin@iianz.org.nz
or phone 04 384 8840.
